Refund Policy for IT Solutions

At Compucare IT Corporation, we are dedicated to delivering top-tier IT solutions and services. However, we understand that, occasionally, a refund may be necessary. Please review our refund policy below to better understand your rights and the conditions under which we process refunds.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered for products and services purchased directly from Compucare IT Corporation under the following conditions:

Software & Hardware Products: If the product is defective or not as described, we will consider a refund. Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Service-Based Solutions: If you are dissatisfied with any IT services, we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis. If services have been partially completed, refunds will be calculated proportionally to the amount of work already performed.

Subscriptions & Recurring Billing: To avoid further charges, cancel your subscription or recurring service before the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for services already provided before cancellation.

How to Request a Refund

  • A brief explanation of the issue or reason for your refund request

Refund Process

  • Notify you of the status within 7-10 business days

If the refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Customized solutions or services that have already been completed or partially delivered

  • Activated digital downloads or licenses

  • Subscription services where cancellation occurred after the renewal date

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Customer misuse or damage to hardware or software

  • Services delivered in full or as per the terms of the contract
